Murmansk Arctic Home 4*

Arctic Home is a comfortable tourist complex, located in Murmansk region in a mixed forest, among rocky hills. It was constructed in December 2017 using deadwood pine, which reflects the traditional architectural style of Russian pomors (local people) in the Kola peninsula.
 

LOCATION

11 km from Murmansk, 22 km from Murmansk airport, 500 m from Lake Kildinskoye; at the intersection of roads leading to the main tourist sites of the Murmansk region; 500 m away there is a recreation park "Northern Lights".
 

ACCOMMODATION

The complex consists of 5 comfortable two-storey cottages. Each cottage has three twin / double rooms and one single room, 20 rooms in total. On the ground floor there is a shared lounge; there is no overlap between floors in this room, panoramic window openings are made up to the roof level, which creates a sense of space and allows to admire the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
 
Each cottage is heated with electricity, electric radiators are installed in all rooms, underfloor heating is in the corridor on the ground floor and in the bathrooms. The tap water is potable, on the ground floor in the corridor there is a cooler connected to the water supply system.
 
A cosy restaurant is located in a separate building with panoramic windows, natural wooden furniture, and a fireplace. The restaurant has 45 seats. Buffet breakfast is included in the accommodation price. Lunches and dinners are served upon request. The restaurant is serving local specialties. There is no alcohol on sale.
 
There is a Russian sauna (banya) with a wood-fired steam room. The bath has a salt room, a bucket in the shower, a relaxation area for 8 people.
 
The observation deck on the roof of the reception building allows magnificent view of Lake Kildinskoye and its surroundings, and in winter the trees do not interfere when watching the northern lights.
 
On the second floor of the reception building there is a cozy lounge for various events, including business meetings.
 
All premises of Arctic Home hotel are decorated with photographs of Murmansk photographers and convey the beauty of northern nature.
 
WiFi is available on the territory of the complex.
 

ROOMS

Standard  twin / double room (area 20 sq.m.) with en-suite facilities (WC, sink, shower, hairdryer). There are 2 single beds (convertible into a double bed), 2 bedside tables, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a mirror in the room.
 
Standard triple room - a two-room suite with 2 bedrooms (area 20 and 4 sq.m.) and en-suite facilities (shower, WC, sink, hairdryer). In the first room there are 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a mirror; in the small bedroom there is a single bed and a bedside table.
