Good News on Flights - Alliance between BA and Siberia Airlines

From 1 February 2011, British Airways and S7 (Siberia Airlines /Russia) Airlines have started codesharing on services between London and Moscow that have a connecting flight. British Airways’ code (BA) is placed on nine destinations in Russia on a connecting basis to or from Moscow (DME).

This simply means that now you can book your whole journey to or from Russia with British Airways when flying on the codeshare partner, S7 Airlines. As S7 Airlines is a member of the oneworld alliance, members of the British Airways Executive Club are also able to earn Tier Points and BA Miles on the above codeshare routes.
