1. I do not have time / I do not want to come to London, are there alternatives?
All travellers (excluding children under 12 y.o.) who apply for the Russian visa in the UK must come in person to the Russian Visa Centre and provide their biometric data. Currently the Russian authorities operate three visa centres in the UK: London, Manchester and Edinburgh. So based on your personal circumstance you can look into alternative options below:

All children who are 12 years old at the time of the visa application must come to the Russian visa centre and provide biometric information. There are no exclusions.
3. Why do I need to set up an appointment?
We want to provide personal assistance to every customer and make the visa application as stress free as possible. We serve hundreds of customers and need to manage the documents submission process. Setting an appointment with our visa team ensures smooth passport submission and less waiting time. You can still come to the Russian Visa Centre in person and submit your documents yourself, in this case you will need to pay the correct visa fee and we will not be able to provide any personal assistance.
4. Do I need to pay any fees at the visa centre?
If you apply for your visa with the help of our company we will settle all fees directly with the visa centre. So you do not need to pay anything.
5. Where do I need to come in London?
You need to come to the Russian Visa Application Centre in London.
6. How do I find your assistant at the Visa Centre?
Our visa specialist will have a sign board, you will also be given her / his personal mobile number which you can call in case of any problems when finding our assistant.
7. How many times do I need to travel to London?
Only once to submit your visa documents.
8. How do I get my passport back?
Once the visa is issued we will pick up your passport and post it back to you. Alternatively you can come to our office and pick it up from there or order a courier.
9. How do I book an appointment?

- Travel to Manchester or Edinburgh and submit your documents there
- If you have a non-UK passport – travel to the country of your citizenship and submit your application there. Biometric data is required only in the UK, Denmark, Namibia and Myanmar.
- If you have a UK passport and can prove your residence in another country (e.g. other European country), you can travel there and apply for your Russian visa. You will need to provide proof of your residence for that particular country (e.g. UK passport holder who can prove residence in France, can travel to Paris and apply for the Russian visa there, a proof of residence in France will be required).
